Labdamate (ethyl hydrocinnamate)

I love almost all of the cinnamates and this one is up near the top. There are elements of  labdanum sweetness and warmth, but minus the mineral and animalic notes. It is said to be boozy but it is more like the staves of a rum keg--more deep and jammy than volatile.
