Fruitate (Fruity Carboxylate)

What fun! On my bench, I keep this with Ethyl Safranate, Givescone, and Thesaron (and a few others in the fam). They all have similarities in their ability to extend damascone notes without restrictions, and they can play up fruit or spice elements depending on the blend. More important, each has unique qualities.

Fruitate has a boozy, plum wine quality with hints of red berries, saffron, and lightly jammy rose petals. Or get crazy and play up faint thujonic notes with in combination with rosemary.
