Aged Benzoin, Indonesia 70/30 EToH

I have yet to met a Benzoin that I didn't love, but this one is particularly nice. This comes from grade AA Indonesian tears, which are aged before extraction. After an absolute is formed through solvent extraction, the material is cured again and the resulting material is dense, sweet, and hard as a rock. This material is slightly different in that no heat is needed to dissolve the absolute tears, thus rendering something entirely unmodified by heat--really beautiful

This is a sweet one, and a high content of cinnimic alcohol and avoids going too much towards the styrene notes due to the way it is aged and processed.
